2. Scope of Services
Mentarch Consulting provides career development services, mentorship, and consulting.
We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, promotions, certification outcomes, or any specific employment results.
Our services are designed to guide, advise, and support—but final outcomes depend on the client’s effort, actions, and external circumstances beyond our control.
3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be completed via our official booking system, email, or approved communication channels.

Payment must be made in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Price changes do not affect services already purchased.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
To maintain fairness and protect our time:

No refunds will be issued once a session, service, or package has been booked or delivered.

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.
4.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee or forfeit the session.

Missed or “no-show” sessions are considered fully used and are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, honest, and complete information

Attend scheduled sessions on time

Complete agreed exercises, tasks, or assignments where required

Actively participate in sessions to maximise value

Communicate respectfully with the consultant

Not use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language or behaviour
We reserve the right to discontinue services if a client behaves inappropriately or violates these terms.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, except where disclosure is required by law.
Clients agree not to record, distribute, or share session content, training materials, templates, feedback, or proprietary information without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Mentarch Consulting—including templates, documents, guides, frameworks, videos, workshops, and tools—are protected by copyright.
You may use the materials for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Clients may not:

Redistribute

Publish

Modify for commercial gain
…any materials without explicit written consent from Mentarch Consulting.
8. Results Disclaimer
Mentarch Consulting provides guidance and support to help you improve your career prospects. However, we do not guarantee:

Salary increases

Workplace performance results
Success depends on your effort, experience, communication, and external market factors.
9. Session Delivery
Services may be delivered via:

Other mutually agreed platforms
Technical issues may occur. If disruptions happen on our end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Mentarch Consulting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for decisions, actions, or results arising from the advice provided.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Termination of Services
We may discontinue or terminate services if:

The client violates these terms

The client engages in abusive or inappropriate behaviour

The client breaches confidentiality

Payment is not completed
Clients may terminate services at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
12. Testimonials & Marketing Use
With your explicit consent, we may use anonymised feedback, testimonials, or success stories for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent will always be requested before using identifiable information.
13. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
