Service Description
The Career Transition Mentorship service provides guidance to new entrants on how to navigate the corporate and tech industry. Data suggests that transitioning into a new role has its challenges and a significant number of people who switch careers eventually leave their new roles. Many factors influence this failed transitions such as identifiable skill gap, lack of domain knowledge, inadequate technical skills and a lack of career path or mentor. The career transition mentorship program provides hands-on support during a transition, project, or onboarding period. Deliverables will include structured check-ins, skill gap support, resources, templates and troubleshooting. Specific deliverables will include: 1. Allocated mentor with specific domain & project expertise. 2. Bi-weekly catch up with your allocated mentor. 3. Skill-gap analysis & personalized on-the-job support 4. Workplace navigation support (communication, stakeholder management fundamentals) 5. Templates, scripts, and resources for on-the-job support 6. Practical troubleshooting for job-related challenges 7. Confidence coaching and mindset support
Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Within 24 Hours of Payment Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrolment within 24 hours of making payment, provided the course has not commenced. 2. Cancellations Before Course Commencement If a client chooses to cancel after 24 hours of payment but before the course start date, they are entitled to a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained as a non-refundable administration fee to cover processing and administrative costs. 3. No Refund After Course Commencement Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of attendance, participation level, or access to course materials. 4. Rescheduling Requests Clients may request to reschedule their enrolment to a future cohort, subject to availability. Rescheduling is free if requested before the course commences. Rescheduling requests made after the course has started will not be accepted. 5. Exceptional Circumstances In rare cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or emergencies), options such as partial credit or deferred enrolment may be offered at the discretion of our support team. Documentation may be required. 6. How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule All requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
