Service Description

This service covers full on-the-job support for the first 3 months on your new role offering premium mentorship and workplace advise. Mentarch will hold your hands all the way through your probationary period and help you build sustainable confidence on the job. The service package includes: 1. Bi-weekly 1:1 mentoring session. Allocation of mentor with relevant domain and project experience. 2. Full on-the-job guidance and support 3. Regular review and detailed feedback on work deliverables 4. Performance coaching and workplace challenge navigation. 5. Skill building plan that evolves based on work duties. 6. Template provisioning where required. 7. Priority access to Mentarch career coach 8. Emergency guidance for urgent workplace situation 9. Confidence, leadership and capability development.


Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Within 24 Hours of Payment Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrolment within 24 hours of making payment, provided the course has not commenced. 2. Cancellations Before Course Commencement If a client chooses to cancel after 24 hours of payment but before the course start date, they are entitled to a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained as a non-refundable administration fee to cover processing and administrative costs. 3. No Refund After Course Commencement Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of attendance, participation level, or access to course materials. 4. Rescheduling Requests Clients may request to reschedule their enrolment to a future cohort, subject to availability. Rescheduling is free if requested before the course commences. Rescheduling requests made after the course has started will not be accepted. 5. Exceptional Circumstances In rare cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or emergencies), options such as partial credit or deferred enrolment may be offered at the discretion of our support team. Documentation may be required. 6. How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule All requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
