This program is designed for individuals who want to step confidently into Product Ownership, regardless of their prior background. It provides a complete introduction to the core skills, tools, and frameworks needed to succeed as a Product Owner in modern Agile environments. Participants will gain hands-on experience in product discovery, backlog management, user story creation, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Throughout the course, you’ll learn to define product vision, prioritise value, and guide development teams toward delivering meaningful outcomes. By the end of the program, learners will be equipped to translate customer needs into actionable product strategies, manage product roadmaps, and lead product delivery using real-world case studies and practical exercises.

Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Within 24 Hours of Payment Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrolment within 24 hours of making payment, provided the course has not commenced. 2. Cancellations Before Course Commencement If a client chooses to cancel after 24 hours of payment but before the course start date, they are entitled to a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained as a non-refundable administration fee to cover processing and administrative costs. 3. No Refund After Course Commencement Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of attendance, participation level, or access to course materials. 4. Rescheduling Requests Clients may request to reschedule their enrolment to a future cohort, subject to availability. Rescheduling is free if requested before the course commences. Rescheduling requests made after the course has started will not be accepted. 5. Exceptional Circumstances In rare cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or emergencies), options such as partial credit or deferred enrolment may be offered at the discretion of our support team. Documentation may be required. 6. How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule All requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
